5/5 Excellent
"Our one-week stay at Hotel Aragana was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Initially, we stayed in rooms 4102 and 4104, where we encountered an issue with an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The staff promptly addressed this by relocating us to new rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a varied culinary experience, with a different food theme each day and a wide range of options to choose from. While water is not included with lunch or dinner, guests are welcome to bring their own. Pool towels are available for hire at 100 dirhams, with the deposit refunded upon return.
The location is convenient, with numerous taxis readily available. The fare to the souk is approximately 45-50 dirhams. There is also a mini-market nearby and familiar dining options, including Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. We also took advantage of the hotel’s hair salon and spa services, both of which provided excellent service. For families, there is a small play area for children.
One consideration for families is the surrounding area, which can feel a bit rough at night, with some beggars around.
In summary, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aragana and look forward to returning in the future."
