"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, because it's a quiet and charming location just few steps from the lake. The staff is very kind and the hotel also offers and organizes several activities on or near the lake. Also the jams at breakfast are worth to mention."

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "The grounds were lovely with evening firepit. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I loved our room and balcony. The bathroom had some awkward elements - the door was a swing door, but had no handle so you could only push it regardless of what side of the door you were on. Also, the shower had a clear wall back to the room which was bizarre. "

"We had chosen to stay in this hotel for the proximity of the Bohinj and Bled lakes. It was perfect for us, we did a lot of hiking. You can easily start a trip directly from the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the dinner in the hotel. Dinner is in buffet, not an abundance of choice, but everything was tasty, and the staff made sure everything was constantly refilled. The people at the reception have been very helpful and friendly. We also liked the pool in the adjacent aquapark. Perfect to relax after a long hike. For our next trip to Slovenia we might stay here again."

"Absolutely amazing stay during our bikepacking trip through Italy and Slovenia. We arrived at the hotel way before the check-in started, but the staff members were super helpful and allowed us to leave our bicycles in a safe area while waiting for the room to be ready for us. This has allowed us to start exploring the town, before returning to the hotel. The room was spacious, freshly renovated, beautifully furnished and with fantastic tea/coffee facilities. We loved the huge, comfortable bed, the air conditioning was also a blessing on this hot day & night. We were apprehensive about the virtual reception, online check-in, but in the end all went well, and the receptionist with whom I spoke on the phone was super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a terrific one night stay at this boutique hotel and will for sure be returning back in the future 😊 thank you!"
