"Great little hotel.
It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen.
The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good.

"The hotel was clean and staff was so helpful. Its a shame that the hotel is in middle of nowhere.
The room was immaculate and the bed plus the pillows were amazing as well."
"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "
"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."
"I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming!
We had a double room, it was very quiet, the room was made every morning. I loved the provision of shampoo, shower gell AND conditioner in the bathroom!
Location is ideal, based on one of the most central streets of Brussels. If taking public transport, no matter what Google maps says, step off at Gare du Midi and take the tram, the stop is...
"Out of the downtown core but still walkable to Grand Place. The staff are nice and helpful and there's always someone at the desk. Room was good except mirror in bathroom is too high. I'm 157cm and could only see the top of my head. Breakfast was good."
"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this propery and everytime it has been a great experience. Lovely breakfast, and very helpful friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and its always quiet and relaxing. One of my favourate hotels globally!"
"The hotel was very charming and had great character. The room was pretty compact, but the bathroom was very large and had both a shower and a tub, which was a nice feature, especially since the shower was kind of small. The area the hotel is in is OK if you primarily want to shop and be in a quieter area or are traveling on business, but I didn't realize how far it was from many of the main attractions and bars/restaurants of Brussels. I am a late night person, so found it sometimes a challenge...

"Hotel Fleur de Ville was an ideal base for us for a few nights. Ideally located within walking distance to all major attractions and a lovely hotel inside and out. Staff are courteous and helpful, rooms are beautiful and chic, breakfast is delicious and filling. Can't say enough good things about this property and the staff we dealt with. Amazing place and would love to stay again!"
