"The staff were excellent to find solutions for the customer, traveling with a 5yo child who needs activity is a challenge, however even I arrived 2 hours early for check-in, the staff gave me the room and the access to the pool. Thank you. Note: the only inconvenient was the door that give access to the pool, the door holder is broken, my child opened the door and it went back strongly to his face and hurt his fingers too. I reported it."

However, kitchen could have been better stocked with dishtowel washtowel dish detergent and dishwasher soap. Contrary to all of our numerous apt living stays in cities, none of these were provided; we requested and did not receive.
