"What a great hotel. It has everything you need. You dont ever need to leave. The water park inclusion just makes it so much fun. The underwater aquarium also brings its charm. The house keeping was the best. Ajhar Huusain kept really good care of us. He knew we had a 15month baby and made sure we had everything."

"I had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its beautiful Ottoman-inspired design and incredible views of the Arabian Gulf. My room was spacious, super comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The spa was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. This place is pure luxury, and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it for a memorable Dubai getaway."

"Searched many hotels for a few weeks before choosing this one. I was advised it was a nice place but one of the older hotels. Due to price and location I decided to take the chance. I can say with confidence that it was the perfect choice. On arrival the porters were really friendly, which should be expected, but my initial impression of the front desk was professional but a bit cold (maybe she was having a bad morning). For me one person doesn’t represent all the staff. Rooms - The room was clean, a tiny bit of dust behind the TV, but that was it. Had an ocean view room which provided a nice view of the Dubai Eye and junction of the beach and The Walk. It had all the necessary amenities other than an iron. There are a nice choice of onsite restaurants. We only used one for breakfast which had a great selection including vegetarian options. The matradee who I believe is named Hussain, actually took me to meet one of the chefs when I asked about the vegetarian options the evening before. I thought this was an excellent customers service. He was there the next morning and came over to greet me and my family and showed us the vegetarian options for that morning. He also remembered that I required a specific non-dairy milk option for my child. In regard to other restaurant staff I would like to mention Koe and Osama. I would say they a credit to the staff that work in the restaurant. Every morning they would great us with a smile on their face, remember our prefe"

"Riu is one ofvtwo hotels newly constructed on a new man made palm. The beaches are complete, but other than the two hotels.. Most of the area is a building site. The hotel was fine for our needs. Beach lovely, hotel clean and facilities good. Id say the only two negatives are that; 1 - the flight path is close to the hotel, so expect a bit of noise. (Its not directly over head) 2 - Construction work was sometimes going on late at night nearby. Didnt really upset me but a friend commented on it. Taxis are available at the hotel for trips to the sights of Dubai. Expect between 30- 40 min travel. Would I stay again? Maybe. In a few years that Palm will come to life. I may well take the family."
