Great staff so friendly. The hotel is immaculate and smells gorgeous every time you go into your room. Really really enjoyed our stay. The Mall next door is really convenient food hall cafés restaurants. Transport right outside the door Metro Taxi's the bus station definitely be back

It’s a lovely 4 star hotel with clean comfortable rooms and great pool area. Transportation links and a huge mall next door to the property adds a significant value. My only recommendation, make the B’fast buffet appealing. It was my only disappointment. I would certainly stay here again.

Friendly&kind staff (Channa and Sabry ).
The staff from security he is ( Sabry ) was so friendly with Isabella, they are all so helpful , from the pool bar and restaurant “Channa” is the best very professional and he knows how to take good care of guest . The “lifeguard “ hard working people under the sun. Saniya , is very helpful to look for Isabella’s lost stuff toys. (Except for One of the manager restaurant) who’s on duty - 21st August 2024 (night time ) was a little arrogant and un-considerate. But overall : I definitely 100% recommended Avani .

The room was a little tired and needs a proper fridge. Several staines in the bath but forthey have it as a wet area with a seperate shower. The food wasnt great. Next to a Metro, bus station and a large shopping centre with plenty of food options and a great sports bar. Nice pool area with large screen. Overall good value for money with room for a little improvement

Brilliant stay (with a small kicker)
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivani Ibn Battutta. Check in (at 0600 having arrived 9 hrs late) was smooth. Room was clean, tidy and well proportioned. Bathroom was spotless with plenty towels, etc. Room had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty choice. Staff were all friendly and helpful enough. Pool and bar area is very nice. Located across the road from Ibn Battutta metro station so very handy for getting around. Next door to mall which has a food court for earring requirements if not using hotel. Hotel in general was very quiet - and here’s the kicker - the pool party on a Saturday night and finishing at 0315 is pretty annoying. Not sure there’s a need for the music - which wasn’t great - to be so loud. I’d say that this stay for me was 9/10 but dropped to an 8/10 purely down to that. All said I’d recommend the hotel for access, value for money, facilities and staff.
