It's a new hotel and the building is clean and modern. Although everything was new, the showerroom floor was not sloped properly and water was always accumulated there, which was not pleasant. Controlling the temprature of water was very difficult if not impossible. The staff were polite and helpful. The neighborhood was terrible, far from everywhere, dirty, and ugly. Overally, it is ok if you are travelling alone for business. For families and vacation? I don’t think so.

He always had a huge smile on his face, very resourceful with suggestions & alternatives. Very knowledgeable about the menue. I as very friendly & professional. Not very smooth check in and check out process
The hotel room and Communal areas were very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the services and food at the restaurant Mr Jack who assisted me during check in was simply Amazing. However my check in and checkout process wasn’t as smooth. During check in, I was asked to pay 900AED for the reservation despite paying £159 via hotels.com, got me surprised. I am not sure why the receptionist didn’t see that until I showed them the receipt. I was then asked to pay just the 200AED deposit. My check out wasn’t smooth as well. I was delayed at the reception during check out. I was asked to wait while they inspect my room which to me was ridiculous because I have never experienced that in any hotel before and I travel a lot actually. it took more than 30 minutes for them to figure out the amount I am to be reimbursed from my deposit. This made me to almost miss my flight and I wasn’t quite happy about it

Geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet, das immer aufgefüllt wurde und ein schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Skyline. Allerdings befindet sich das Hotel im Arbeiterviertel, sodass drumherum nichts fußläufig zu erreichen ist und es keine Attraktionen gibt.
