Lifts are a big issue here, as peak times you could be waiting 20 mins for a lift. Not ideal (especially with young kids and on the 24th floor). Don’t book all inclusive the menu is extremely limited, better off pay as you go. Good location, right on the beach. Food good, though limited restaurant choice. Quite short staffed in key areas (pool bar especially).

It was my first experience staying in Rotana hotel this amwaj rotana was nice and convenient hotel by great management the staff was great mr mubarak and mr bassal front desk was so helpful and habib was wonderful so nice and helped us for taking taxi for going to airport and ij general I highly recommend this hotel for vacation in Dubai

A very enjoyable stay for a long weekend. The hotel was very nice, especially considering the great price. I did the dine around package which was really good value with loads of options. The staff were all excellent, both in the bars, restaurants and also in the spa. Soji and mohuiddin at the beach bar were especially very attentive and Moh Moh served me at Rosso and benihanna and was great. The gym was good and the spa was great. I had two massages by different members of staff and both were great. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. You can’t beat the location either, an extremely short walk to the beach and shops! Hope to return again soon and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

This was our first time visiting Dubai, our journey from Canada took 24 hours but it was worth every minute of travelling time. The Amwaj Rotana hotel is exceptional. All the staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the property is beautiful and we will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Dubai.

Very nice hotel, we went for our anniversary. The customer service and employees are so nice. Sadick is nice and polite. There is nothing bad i can say about this hotel. Its close to the beach , and many shopping and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet was ok, We like the Dinner options better.

Thankyou for everyone who looked after us on our stay. It was our third time staying with Amwaj and as always the service was outstanding. The hotel location is perfect for JBR and the view from our room was perfect.

Location was very good, walking distance to the beach and many dining options around. Downside was that there was a lot of traffic in the area around peak times due to the club nearby.
