The rooms are poorly finished. The comfort of the users was the last thing on their minds. The water from the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. The shower mixer is stationary. You can slip when getting out of the bathtub. All the lamps in the room and their switches are very inconveniently located. It is unclear how to turn off the light in the hallway, which makes it very difficult to sleep. The air conditioner does not remember the set temperature and always turns on at 18 degrees. Sometimes it turns on by itself. The general condition of the hotel is dilapidated, many places require repair. The buffet is completely inconvenient. The dishes are located very far from each other. You need to stand in line to eat scrambled eggs. At breakfast, no one will offer you tea or coffee, like in other hotels. You have to go and make tasteless coffee in the machine yourself. There are no large cups next to the machines and there are not always saucers for the cups. Due to the use of small cups, the machines are always flooded with spilled coffee. Apparently, the hotel does not know anything about paper napkins. If you give your car to valet service, be prepared to wait for it for a very long time.
