Pets - Don't worry about leaving Fido home alone! We're more than happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs at our place. There's just a small fee of $75 per dog. Access - When you arrive at Eclectic you can park behind the house and walk to the front door. There, you'll find a lockbox. Just enter your unique guest code into the lockbox, and it will open up to reveal the house key. It's a convenient and secure way to access the house during your stay!

Parking - Parking at Eclectic is a breeze. We've got designated spots in the driveway behind the property just for you, so you can park your vehicle with ease. If you have any additional vehicles, no worries! There's plenty of street parking available nearby. So you and your guests can rest assured knowing parking won't be a hassle during your stay. Safe travels!

Transit - While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.

6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.

7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

8. PETS a) IF dogs are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; c) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; for short term reservations the pet fee is $75/dog, for extended stays the fee is $150/pet. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted.

9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.

10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.

11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.

12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Duluth house
The house has a fantastic location. It is just a short walk from the beach, lift bridge, and Canal Park. Even though it was close to things, it was far enough away for it not to be busy. It was quiet at night, which is nice. The house is roomy, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen was nicely set up and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the deck and sat out in the sun. The living room was lovely, with enough seating for the family. We enjoyed bringing our dogs. After the first night, they seemed very relaxed. I also like the entryway, as going to and from the beach means sand. So we could clean off our feet and shoes before entering the home. The group was happy and said they would like to stay at this house again.

Nice location!
It is a nice location once you find the parking and very clean. The space inside was perfect for our family. If you need assistance, the hosts get back to you very quickly. The A/C could not keep up and it became sweltering at times, so be prepared with fans if you are there in the summer.

The property was clean and was as described. It could use some updates - especially to the upstairs bathroom which is a makeshift shower in a soaker tub. Location was great. Check in was easy.

Amazing stay!
This was our first getaway as a family of 5 with twin infants a toddler and our doggie. We practically packed up our entire household and this rental provided us with plenty of space. It was so cute and cozy. We loved the full kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed. The customer service provided was an added bonus! For us, this rental was a far better option than staying in our usual hotel. We will be booking this again! Hopefully our next stay will bring better weather!

Great location, comfortable house
This house has some serious safety issues with the rails on the front steps and especially the handrails leading to the upstairs. All are very unsteady. The window in the upstairs bedroom opened by itself.
