"I stay regularly due to the gym and pool and usually good value. No issues, the room was a bit tired and would benefit from a redecoration, carpets were worn etc. breakfast was tasty but only one person serving so had a small wait but overall very good value."

"The stay was great. Centrally located for everything. Staff were also incredibly helpful. Very good value for money. However, charging £25/night for one small dog (stayed two nights) cannot be justified in my opinion. There is no way the room would be deep cleaned and it cost that much. The room was left as clean as we found it. This charge needs to be looked at by HQ. If rooms are classed as dog friendly then there should be no additional charges."
