"The Malmaison was a lovely little get away for a night as a couple, nothing bad to say really other than sad no upgrade options were available when we checked in and the light in the room was broken so was quite dark. Plus side cheeky little Ferrero Rocher left for us and robes which was a nice touch "

"Generally fine, although I tried to ask many times and our booking was for 4, there was not an extra bed on arrival. However this was quickly resolved as they added a bed. We were the only people at breakfast the next morning and the lady was very nice. 8 particularly liked Vegetarian breakfast with veggie haggis!"
