"The house was spacious and slept 13 using the 2 double bunks. There is sufficient parking on site for 4-5 vehicles although no parking on the street as Rio Vista Boulevard is a major street. The house and pool area need some maintenance. The wooden deck was falling apart in sections. We were disappointed with the tv options as we couldn’t update Chromecast to login to our foxtel or Stan etc. our major problem was that with 13 adult women staying in the house there was only 1 bathroom and 1...

"We had a brilliant time together 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is hot when arrived with no aircon (was worried with reading reviews) but it’s designed as a smart home and once you open the windows and doors up the breeze automatically flows through and it drops to a great temp. It was 32C and we were fine! It’s designed to be open and doesn’t get sun inside. Really big, and spacious living areas. Kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms have a great space around for luggage and storing things....

The listing is accurate, it's an older home, small in size but it was fine for our needs and the air conditioning worked very well over the hot week we had. Comfy beds, shower was great and good communication from the host. As expected of an older home, it has some ongoing maintenance issues - for example, the downstairs area under the house has water...
