"Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but...

"Nice hotel but would not say it is a 5 star hotel more 4 star. We had the so not disturb sign on but got woken several times one time we were called to sign for a bill from the day before which could of been sorted in the afternoon. Beach is lovely and views aroung sunset are amazing. Really good place to have down time when travelling but limited places for rhe evening apart from food venues at the night market. "

"All the staff are great and very attentive. It’s great for spending a quiet family vacation. It is a bit far from the popular locations such as VIN wonder and Sun world. No bus access except for 1 that has a schedule 1 hr apart. Making it expensive to travel around because we will need taxi and grab for all rides. Other than that this property is a great place to stay"
