"This is a family owned hotel on the west bank of the Nile. Just FYI - the Valley of Kings and Valley of Queens, as well as some other temples and tombs you'll want to see, are on the west bank. But most people live on the east bank, and you'll want to visit that side to see Karnak and Luxor temples. So first decide which side you want to stay on.
