"This was our first time staying at an Omni and we had a wonderful experience for NYE. I’m currently on crutches and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They offered a wheel chair and a room close to the elevator. The property was clean and easily accessible."

"Service was really good in the restaurant and the food was delicious.Valet on our arrival was not so good, however the front desk did their best. Ourroom was sooo amazing! Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely return."

"Wonderful hotel convenient to everything. Nice staff and good restaurant/bar. Only issue was the non working elevator which led to very long waits for the one working elevator. "

"Starlet and Noah at the front desk were very helpful, and everyone else I met there was friendly and seemed happy. The area was cool and overnight garage parking nearby was affordable and safe. Even traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable in Richmond! "

"The hotel was fine for a one-night stay before catching an early flight. Neighboring rooms were noisy, but I earplugs helped. Bed was comfortable, pillows could have been better for my taste. We were told to just go downstairs for a shuttle when we needed it. When we did that, we found out that the shuttle runs every half hour. Fortunately, we were there just a few minutes before the half hour. Staff were friendly."

"Quirky kind of place but extremely nice staff and great location. Directly across the street from Penny Lane Restaurant and bar. Bed was comfortable, nice size TV and very clean. Could use a fridge and ice bucket."
