"Overall is ok, 30min drive from the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and close to Höfn for grocery. A very quiet area with glacier outlets surrounding. The cabin a little bit small if you have some luggages to open. The cleanliness of the cooking utensil, pots and pans depend on the previous traveller occupied the cabin, given there is no dishwasher. The water supply is limited and hot water runs from a small electric boiler. You need to wait a while after another person has taken a hot shower....

"Well stocked kitchen and eating area. Comfortable and clean all around. Stayed in both the main guesthouse and the smaller one no problems with either. Bathrooms were a bit dirty when we got there hours after check in but that’s not the hosts problem (was spotless when we checked in early the second time staying) "
