It overlooks and leads into the spacious loungeroom with extra sitting area and full length front balcony, both with stunning lake views.

On this level, you will also find the main bedroom with king bed and ensuite, bedroom two with a queen bed, bedroom three with two singles and a full size office with large desk.

Downstairs you will find bedroom four with a queen bed and five with single bunk beds. These two rooms have their own access to a shared two way bathroom.
