"We loved our stay at Cromer Country Club. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook if you wanted to. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, everything was very clean. We had a great time swimming and relaxing in the sauna and stea room. The staff was very polite, overall a very pleasant experience. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."
