"Hotel lobby and lounge areas around it has a great set up for families to hang out, work station as well as dining areas. Device charging plugs are available at everywhere. Perfect for kids and adults as well as working environment."

"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"Overall the hotel was adequate; however, the property was rather outdated and needs some renovation. They cater to hospital patients and their families but did not have the attention to detail that would have made it easier for people recovering from surgery, etc. For the price, I expected a bit more though the staff did try to address issues quickly. The size of the suite was good but saying there is a kitchen is a bit misleading; a coffee bar with a refrigerator that freezes over is what...

"Nice for a quick trip for a concert! Didn’t know their was a pool so did not have stuff to swim wish that was advertised more and other guests we loud talkers but not hotels fault that they were so loud in hall at 1am!! Would stay again if passing through Cleveland again! "
