"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. They were great with communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. "

"We had an amazing holiday in a fab house on the beach in Pevensey. Our grand children loved it too! Great for walks , swimming in the sea , the hot tub was great fun. The location was great for trips further afield too! We loved the pubs and food and added another memorable holiday of family autumn breaks. "

"We stayed 3 nights at Zanzibar, for our lab retreat - 16 (neuro)scientists from London who were looking for a nice place to hang out, cook, drink, bind and talk science. Zanzibar did not disappoint! it's an amazing place to chill and have fun. Kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are set tastefully and beautifully, the common area has plenty of space to cozy up in big or small groups, and hot tup was a bonus. Location is great too -- short walk to the train station, a pleasant walk to hiking paths...

"Lovely property next to the beach. Can walk there barefoot. Nice beach casual vibe to the property. There are some extra fees for 6th bedroom and use of jacuzzi to be aware off but overall fantastic stay "

"We had a wonderful week with grandparents, parents and kids. A beautiful house with everything you could need. The kids spent all their time in the pool. The house was well appointed with comfy beds and all home comforts. Beautiful landscape views. Hosts were very accomodating and very reactive to any requests. We enjoyed walking to pooh bridge every day and visiting local pubs. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back. Beaut"
