"Neat and clean room"

"This facility wasn't up to the standards of Quality Inns I have stayed in before. There were no tissues in the tissue holder There wasn't any hand soap for washing. The room wss not clean the lights were dusty Ihave a service dog and they changed me $50 and said they would reimburse me aftet they examined the room. Said it would take about 5 days to see the refund. We were on vacation and this was not an expense I planned. "

"The rooms were very attractive, but not necessarily functional. Bed on platform caused us both to trip, bathtub had no grips on the tub floor. Cement floor was cold and the rattan rug Also cold. In room coffee was not very good. I would appreciate a complementary cup of coffee in the morning brewed in the lounge area. The restaurant on the roof was very nice. "Comfy and comfortable! We stayed there for a concert at BOK and easily walked to the venue. Our check in was nice and the room was clean and nice. Two issues: there was a barn door for the toilet and sink right outside it. The barn door does not cover the door opening fully so if one person is trying to go to the bathroom while another gets ready at the sink, there is no privacy. "Overall had a great experience! Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, just basic free hotel breakfast, but still appreciated having it as an option! We felt that the price we paid was very fair for the room & breakfast we received. Huge plus was the fact that the casino offers a shuttle to and from the hotel. "
