However, there was a wedding on Saturday night, and while the hotel did post a notice in the elevator about loud music until midnight, they assigned us a room on the 2nd floor—directly above the wedding venue. This seemed like the worst possible placement for a family with young children. A bit more consideration from the staff could have made a difference, like assigning us a room on a higher floor to minimise the noise. "
