The staff spoke enough English to assist me at check in and gave me a complimentary map and highlighted locations to visit during my stay. My room was very tidy and clean. "Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."
