"The only downside is that the 4:30 and 5:00 AM shuttles are reserved for flight crews. But even with a 6:55 flight out 5:30 shuttle arrived with plenty of time to spare. Very nice accommodations."

"Did pre-check, so check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. In addition to tea, coffee, hot cider and hot chocolate, there was instant oatmeal available in the lobby. Appreciated having something quick and warm to eat upon arrival."

"It was a very nice place to stay. And with the help from Phoenix it did make the stay comfortable."

"Love the suites, especially the two bedroom ones. But the one bedroom suites with fireplace and soaking tub with separate shower are nice too. Separate lKitchen/living room combo is so user friendly. And pets being allowed is nice, too. Like the pool. Love the breakfast. I made myself a breakfast burrito this morning. Lots of options to choose from. The Falls are right there for a scenic walk and several restaurants are nearby. "

"The bathroom needed cleaning. Cracker in floor behind the toliet, soiled behind the seat of the toliet. Tub appeared clean but didnt use. Furniture is old but carpet appeared new and bed and pillows very comfortable. Loved how spacious the room was. Appreciated the gal at the front desk giving us a room on the top floor which was a request. It certainly was a good valve. Breakfast was good."
