"We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. The house itself is a dream, the location, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. We had a couple little ones so we had to rearrange a little of their furniture...

The owners were very attentive and replied quickly. We will definitely stay at this property again next time we’re in Dubuque to visit my sister. "Having never been in Iowa before it was such a pleasure to spend a very short, unfortunately, time in charming Le Claire. This home is very comfortable and well maintained. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to the freeway. I wish we’d had time to stay another night or two. The sheets were nice as was the bed. These are thoughtful hosts that even provided for forgotten toiletries. Loved it!"
