"We were going to arrive long after the normal check-in time. Called ahead to make them aware & the staff was more than accommodating, sending us an email of the gate code and a location of where to find the key. The facility is fairly new, so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and lazy river but it was too cold to enjoy during our visit, but we're intending to go back this summer. Office staff on premises were friendly and polite, with plenty of knowledge on dining & nightlife....

"The house was so cute and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was in a convenient location and we were able to walk to the start/finish line of the race. Would recommend backing into the parking spot, so you can see the cars coming around the corner. It was easy to communicate with Glenda and Timothy, they were so responsive. If we find ourselves back in Baton Rouge, we would definitely stay here again! "

"Beautiful home with southern comfort. Enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. However, miniblinds in most of the rooms were broken or missing panels. Also, a gaping hole in wall. Out of concern of what may crawl in, we plugged the hole with a plastic soda bottle during our stay.purchased more towels and toilet paper to last us during stay. Overall, a beautiful home in need of attention. most of four couples to move about comfortably."

This did not change throughout our entire stay, despite seeing several cleaning ladies in the common spaces.
