"This is a cute place. They are still working on it. It’s is actually three bedrooms; the “fourth” bedroom is a room off the kitchen with a pull out couch and curtains that can be closed on two sides of the room. It was clean and perfect for our one night stay. "

"Had a hard time getting ahold of host at first and couldn’t access the house for a bit. Found an open and unlocked bedroom window and the laundry was a mess but we did end up being able to use it. There was also a neighbor yelling in the streets our first day. Other than that, house was newer and comfortable and close enough to the caverns for easy access. We would stay again if we were back in the area. "

"Beautiful house with plenty of room, great for large groups. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the young adults and teens enjoyed hanging out downstairs in the TV room while the older adults had some peace and quiet upstairs. The lake and hiking trails are within walking distance. The property manager was also very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This home makes your stay in Ruidoso outstanding. The property is beautifully tucked away but you are still only 15 minutes from Walmart. The rooms are perfect for adults and kids! The communication with the management company/owner was wonderful. They were very communicative and responsive. We will definitely be back! "

"This is a lovely property and perfect for our needs. The place was exactly as described, clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen was well appointed and we ate in often. The location for perfect for bringing our family together for Christmas and our trips to Carlsbad Cavern and Guadalupe Mountains national parks. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"From the time we stepped in the front door and saw the welcome package to the time we left was wonderful. The place was decorated for fall, the hot tub was amazing, and the elk that were on the yard was a delightful surprise! There were toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we forgot along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and deodorant. Will totally book again!!!"

"Convenient location, cozy home"

"This was the perfect place for our family to spend time together for the holidays. The wild animals roaming around right outside the cabin were amazing and they didn’t care that we were there. We enjoyed watching them everyday.The property manager was excellent and when the dryer quit working he had a repair man there in just a couple of hours to install a new one. Excellent views, beautiful home and prompt property manager. You can’t ask for more. "

"Great location! We had a beautiful view of the mountains. Very well equipped, they have everything and every cabinet door is labeled so you can find things quickly. It is small though feels very roomy. The only negative is that they have 1-ply toilet paper."

" Nice quiet and beautiful ,spa and swimming pool perfect clear, my family enjoy the house thanks!!!"

"The house was very clean. There were items missing but we adapted. We do wish we would have known that the downstairs was only accessible from outside. The grandkids wanted to stay down there, so one of us adults took turn, staying down there with them at night. The house is in a great location and we had a good time "
