"Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience! "

"This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. "
