1300 m² enclosed garden with swing.
Two garages and a carport are available.
A performance hall and cinema are 10 km away. The house is located in a small, quiet village with all shops and just 10 km from Alençon. A relaxing place, bordered by a hiking trail accessible directly from the cottage via a bike path. Trail station is 1 km away.

Les photos extérieures ne sont pas comme la réalité l’aménagement intérieur est plutôt assez vieux le canapé et les fauteuils sont vraiment écrasés l’aspirateur était plein à l’étage il y avait une fuite à la douche la terrasse avait pas été balayé depuis un certain temps il y avait des araignées et des feuilles mortes
