No elevator but no problem for us, should request lower level if you have mobility problems. Had 2 parking spots in a covered garage which was included.Our room overlooked the pool which we used and saw them clean that and pool deck both nights. Would have loved to stay longer. "Honestly didnt know what to expect... This place is awesome! As a Canadian family with a 3 year old and a 8 month old it was perfect. We ended up with a unintentional late check in and we didnt have a phone to call for late check in but thankfully an amazing lady let us borrow her phone to call the number. It would be great if they emailed not texted info. But once we called he gave us our key and passcode to the gate and away we went. We got just the smallest cabin and it worked good for us....
