"I would like to hugely thank John the wonderful chauffeur, and the lovely Anita for their above and beyond service to myself and my twin boys. They made the experience so seamless and explained hotel facililites with such an openness that my children boasted about how nice they both are, and asked if we can go back again. The rooms were spacious and clean, and as the boys and i suffer from asthma this is a huge point for us. Couldnt fault the Quality of the Quality Inn MEL, the accommodation lives up to the name. Thanks again Anita and John we will certainly remember you both as making our holiday. Happy New Years to you both and the team. "
