"This was my second visit to Edinburgh and my first stay at the Apex Waterloo and I loved it! The hotel is well situated in the center of the city and close to all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcoming and sweet. The sauna, steam room and pool are terrific. And I booked a room with a tub large enough for two people and it was a lovely treat! I highly recommend Apex Waterloo for a fantastic stay! "

"Apex Grassmarket hotel is ntohing short of exceptional. From my initial arrival to the very second before i left, i was treated with courtesy and hospitality. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Edinburgh. The location gives you access to steps to the castle and is mere steps away from the Royal mile. Im not usually one to utilize hotel restaurants but metro was top tier- both its staff and quality of food. You will also find that its reasonably priced also. I stayed in the room with the balcony looking out to edinburgh castle, and it was a sight i never grew tired of waking up to. All in all, i highly recommend this hotel."

"Lovely stay, really comfortable bed. Lovely room and facilities. We went the the W lounge twice in the afternoon it was excellent, however at night the service was very slow. The man serving us was lovely, there just didn’t seem to be enough staff. Took over 20 mins from ordering a drink to being served it and we had to chase it. "
