"We needed a place while traveling to Derby KS. Traveling with 4 grandkids we wanted something simple and efficient. This was it! Short drive to Derby, we relaxed and it was so reasonably priced. Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. We would stay again."

"The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything that we needed. The layout of the property was perfect for pur group of 10 6 adults and 4 children. We were gone most of the time but it was comfortable. The only pause we had was that the kitchen/dining tile floor was very sticky. I mopped it twice and thefloor was very dirty. I messaged the host and she promptly responded and offered to sen some one out to clean. I did not do thar since i already took care of it."

"Nice home, very grateful for allowing us to bring our dogs! The backyard is really nice. We had some carpeted rooms which we try to avoid because of animal smells, which there was a hint of. My fault, I didn't notice on the listing or think to ask. The pond is not at all accessible which was disappointing, but there are lots of geese which you can see from afar. There is a Trader Joe's and some nice shopping not too far away. Overall, we would likely stay again."

"Stayed for one night and had everything we needed. Never been to Wichita before so staying near downtown on a Wednesday didn’t warrant any problems. Clean, quiet spot. Owner quickly responded about a question we had and was very accommodating. We travel with our dog so it was nice to have a pet friendly spot."

"Everything about this house was wonderful! The neighborhood is charming and within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The rooms are very spacious and the house has many nooks and crannies for visiting. We came for a family wedding and everyone rented a house but everyone wished they had ours! In the future my family will rent this one - but it’ll be a challenge to get it before my siblings!"
