"Amazing roomy property, the owner was very good with communications, very clean, property is situated in an upcoming touristic area, in the middle of Hammamet and nabeul, really close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing at night. if you don't have a car you can get a taxi to shops and markets, we had a wonderful stay the only thing I could fault it on was the cooker needs an upgrade didn't want to use the oven as I didn't feel very safe using it. Which made cooking rather difficult, And...

"The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent. "

"I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's. A SCAM?

"I booked this property to bring my family for a nice beach getaway. I've used VRBO in the past and have always had good experiences. This was the worst I've yet had. In short, I never even got to see the property. The phone number on the VRBO listing was a false number, not related to the property. Trying to contact the owner/manager through the app also did not work. No one sent anything in advance on check-in or even location (there is no address). And I wasn't about to drive hours in a foreign country to a place without an address and no one to call. The worst part is that when I called VRBO they told me they couldn't help - and that I was out of the refund/cancellation period. I had to escalate to supervisors to get resolution and even now, two weeks later, I have received nothing. STAY AWAY from this property ... and frankly, don't ever use VRBO unless you have verification, directly from the owner, of the legitimacy of the property. Otherwise, you may be out of your money - or left out in the cold."

"I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel."
