"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."

"Great stay! Check-in was easy, even though we were early our room was ready. Property is very clean, small room but huge shower. Tv options are not many, we just did YouTube. The Atocha area is in the heart of Madrid, everything is close. Definitely recommend. Just wish we had a view."
