"Hotel was fine. Room was clean. We parked our car in the hotels lot (locked at night) and took Ubers to Old San Juan (about $12-15). Be aware there are lots of homeless people in the area. "

"The property is definitely minimalist, but quaint and peaceful. Unfortunately, we were kept awake each night by noisy renters in the villa next to us who drank and sang into the wee hours of the morning. Beautiful view. No beach. Property management company never sent the code for the lockbox, and though I was able to get it via Expedia, we never did receive directions to the property and thus had to find it ourselves!!"
