"The hotel is in a secluded location, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is only one restaurant, but they offer enough variety for the four nights we stayed. "This house is in a great central location to everything you want to do in la fortuna. The AC worked great in all the bedrooms. There is no AC in the living areas, but the bedrooms more than made up for this! Plenty big for our group of 10! Loved sitting on the covered porch upstairs during rain storms. Kids loved the pool. We had a chef make us dinner one night and it was amazing! The owner cut down a coconut for us and let us drink the coconut water. Felt very secure with the front gate. Really...

"This was a great place to stay for the price. Think glamping. It was clean, decently stocked kitchen wise, and the little porch with hammock chair was amazing. The vegetation around was lush and the pond with running water. There is some road noise and it's a tin roof so it can be loud with rain but overall a great stay. Nice to be out of the town centre."

"We really lunes the little house. The graden is magnificent and the Pool adequate. The rooms are not furnished as shown, no bunk bed and queen bed in one room, just 1 queen bed. Also the kitchen is missing a few things. The toilet did not flush properly. It could be refurbished and add a few repairs and the place is perfect."

"The house is very nice and comfortable. What makes this property special is the hos, the property and a great location. Though the property is not particularly large it is packed full of interesting plants and wildlife (birds, a young sloth, reptiles, etc.). The host was always willing to answer our questions and we had a great time taking a cooking class (a family affair) where we prepared, cooked and then ate a wide variety of local foods. Great place to stay. "

"I loved this property it really made my stay perfect, i highly recommend it. The staff was amazing always going above and beyond to make you feel good. i would really like to recognize Laura for being so amazing with us and always trying to accomodate us, someone that really made are stay special was her in any way possible. The rooms where breathtaking specially the Deluxe jacuzzi room i really recommend it if your going with your special someone, i thought we weren't going to have time to use it and it was going to be an extra waste of money, but definitely not. The views from this Hotel are amazing from every angle. IF you really want. a top notch experience this is It, and dont miss out of the Spa, its going to blow your mind. "
