El Toh Ecopark Tours and Activities

We had a great time at this resort. We stayed for my daughter’s 9th birthday and the activities were endless. The resort is massive so prepare to walk A LOT. Our favorites were the taco stand and pool obstacle course. We did the bowling, laser tag and virtual stimulation (it was like car racing) all were fun but at an additional cost. The beach is honestly horrible and not worth going but the pool helps make up for it. Quintana by the pool was our favorite there. Very helpful and amazing service we looked for him. I was absolutely upset by the spa and check out. After posting over $200 for a maasage I was told I don’t have access the the spa facility, That was unheard of. I’ve gotten massages all over the world and in Mexico several times and the spa facility is always included. I was so upset by that. They didn’t even say pay $50 extra or anything no opportunity just rushed out. I wasn’t even allowed to sit in the sauna I really was in disbelief. Lastly check out was so slow! Because of them I almost missed my private transportation and my friend was actually left. Overall great for kids but I will not be back.

1st time to the property. I booked and paid for an oceanview room. At the property i was told we are getting an upgrade but for us this was a downgrade . The room wasn't an oceanview and they kept on pushing trying to sell us membership making the lobby uncomfortable. Night life was OK but for the DJ garbage watering drinks mixtures.

Great beach, friendly staff good food! Only complaint is lack of gathering place outdoor in the evening
