"Didn’t look too bad but besides that we were very underwhelmed. The buffets had pretty mid food. If you’re not a fan of 10 different kinds of beans and other random things you’re gonna eat fries the whole time. Restaurants were decent but nothing crazy. Beach was very bad. Lots of sargassum, lots of rocks in the water. The main thing is that we booked with our whole family and we all booked for maya tropical. But in the end we got separated and no one even got to stay in tropical. Very unfortunate as our family flew in from multiple states and wanted to be all together. Service at the restaurants wasn’t great, seemed like everything was understaffed. Over all like a 2/5 experience. "

"Day beds and loungers by beach and pools were abundant and clean. Rooms were big and bright and clean. Room service was excellent. All staff from gardeners to concierge were friendly, polite and helpful. 5 stars"

"We loved our stay at Serenity Glamping. Our accommodation was the "Lodge" which has a kitchenette and 3 bedrooms. I recommend the Lodge because the restaurant on site is VERY expensive so it is nice to be able to have your own food/drinks at your site. The Lodge was very private and wonderful! Only steps away from the beautiful XpuHa beach. :) "

"The pool is wonderful!!! Clean rooms!!! Staff 👎 when you go to the buffet is a lot of “managers?? they don’t notice that you there no hello no eye contact lack or smile no interaction with guests. My husband ask for 3 strawberries and the guys denied because he needs the strawberries to make shakes. At the pool they offer drinks very rare if you are in the pool you need to go and get your own drink. The resort is great but the stuff needs a lot of customer service. "

"The ocean was slightly visible from my room. The room and buildings were kept clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were kept clean. There was always people working outside to keep the property maintained. The buffet food wasn’t the greatest but the à la cartes were very good."
