"Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Everything about it is great - but at the moment they are being upgraded. It wouldn't stop me from staying there but it was irritating to have scaffolding being clunked around at 0800 when I am looking for a break. So. Great hotel with wonderful staff. But .. just for a while dont expect perfection"

"The hotel is great and is one of the best SPA i have ever been. Staff nice and friendly. The only thing we disliked is that we had to pay for parking in the hotel but no one informed as only at check-out. Apart from that, it is a lovely hotel and rooms very nice"

"Our stay at the Hotel Elisa was excellent and I highly recommend it! Klenisa at the front desk was one of the best hotel employees I have ever encountered. She was always very gracious and helpful during our stay Our room was very large and had a great view of the mountains from the 9th floor. I believe there are only 2 rooms on the top floor, so it was perfectly quiet. The complimentary spa facilities were lovely The hotel is conveniently located, it’s a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square as well as many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again "
