"Our maisonette was warm and cosy. It was lovely having the two balconies with views of the mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only niggle was the pillows! Very lumpy and uncomfortable! I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel did not offer a personal touch to congratulate my husband on his 60th birthday.
