"Did valet but went to drop off my mother and daughter for a volleyball tournament at the expo, came back and couldn’t get into the hotel because of a race that no one had told me about. Had to pay parking for another garage and walk rather than using the skywalk and having access to the hotel which was one of the reasons we picked that hotel. If we had been informed that the street would be completely blocked off we could have made other plans. "

"Coffee hard to come by. Only 2 cups in room and asked front desk for more and they said housekeeping would drop some off - never did. Pool closed for repairs. Called guest services multiple times for coffee cups and no answer. Had to leave hotel to find coffee nearby. Buffet breakfast fake eggs, no access to water or juices, no waffles or pancakes. Terrible table service. Clean hotel - thats about it. "

"It was late when we arrived and to find check-in at dark was difficult due to the poor signs. MORE signs are needed."

"The hotel overall was a disappointment this time around. Room was not cleaned all the way through small papers on the floor and other small objects on the couch. Woke up early to loud music at 6am and construction/remodeling banging shortly followed. "

"Problem was we couldn't get any sleep bc overtime air kicked on there was a loud boom. Woke us up all night. Not sure I'll stay here again. "
