I paid for insurance on my room, booked it almost a week in advance, just to get there and be told the rebooked it from under me. I booked a suite with a king. Then when they asked if I wanted their cheapest, 2 bed room and I said yes they tried to recharge me the suite price. The man at the host stand helping me was barely help, was very rude and accused me of fraud and stealing because I walked in with my fiancé‘s card instead of mine on accident. They were completely different to my fiancé, very respectful towards him. When they asked if we had any preferences with the room we said one closer to the parking lot for the baby if they could, if not no big deal. He said they had a great room for that and told us where to park; he had us park on the opposite side of the building from our room which was also the side without a working elavator and he gave us a top floor room. The room had bugs in the bathroom and a broken fridge. Also, while this interaction was happening in the lobby during check in, a sketchier person kept acting inappropriate towards me and others in the lobby making a scene yelling at people touching people and the lobby host encouraged it more than stopped it. I will never go there again, and I recommend any woman or family with young children go there.
