"I'll be honest, I was a little iffy once we pulled into the property. It's a "blink and you'll miss it" sort of place, but definitely don't miss it. The cabin looked lackluster on the outside, but inside it was genuinely amazing. The cedar walls looked (and smelled) great. The whole cabin was nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfy and cozy. Temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable. A REAL coffee maker with a local selection of coffees. Breakfast was easy to order, delivered on time and delicious! The shower is small, but gets plenty hot and the bathroom was stocked better than most hotel rooms. The Welcome book was very helpful! It's a bit out of the way (we were visiting the Mothman Museum 20min away), but definitely worth the trip!"

"We loved the house and it was just like the photos. Nice to have a full kitchen and laundry area. There were a few things out of place like some trash in the trashcan and towels in the washing machine when we arrived. Other than that it was wonderful and clean and cute!"

"I, my partner, and my two adult children stayed here for two nights to see all the local Mothman attractions. The house is beautiful, and was very clean. The decor was a perfect mix of vintage charm and cryptid flare. There were a couple things I would have liked to know going in, but they weren't a big enough deal to take away any stars. 1) The master bedroom is attached to the kitchen, and there is no real privacy for that room. We made it work, so it was fine, but that wasn't clear (to me) while looking at the photos. 2) There are two units in this house- upstairs & downstairs. Unit A is the downstairs main floor unit. I didnt so much care that there were people upstairs, but the age of the house made their every step seem SO LOUD. The creakiness of the floors and the lack of sound barriers was a little annoying, but again, not enough to ruin a good time. Aside from the house, the town was unexpectedly creepy, and not due to the Mothman lore. EVERYTHING shuts down at sun down, including private homes in the neighborhood. There were no cars on main street, no lights on in the houses, and no movement after about 7pm every night.The town is eerily quiet, and no one even seems to have a light from the tv on. We tried sitting on the porch each night, but It was a little unnerving to be the only ones in plain sight. But again, the house was amazing. Kent was a great host, and was very responsive to any questions we had. "

"If you're looking to get away some place quiet- this was perfect. Deer visited the property in the mornings. The town of Logan is driveable and worth checking out."
