"The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. When we arrived, the heat had been set to 65, it was quite cold. It did take a while to warm up as it's radiant heat (in the floors). Could have used a few more necessities in the kitchen. The game room offers hours of endless fun. "

"This is truly an absolutely amazing home! We would highly recommend renting this property if you are visiting Wellsboro. It blends classic charm with modern elegance creating a home away from home atmosphere that is both spacious and intimate. "Our group had a great stay here, the home is more beautiful than the pictures. Watkins Glen was only ~20 minutes away. We didn't get the chance to go down to the lake but the view was great. The deck had plenty of space and we liked the fire pit. The host instructions were clear and responsive. Thank you for.a wonderful stay!"

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "

"Every morning I woke up to a new view, from fog settled over the lake with snow blowing by, or bright light glinting off shimmering waters, or pinks and oranges reflecting off white snow.The whole house was like that. Expansive, expressive, accomodating, comfortable, and just wonderful to rest and relax in. There were 5 of us, and it never felt crowded, but it always felt cozy when we all came together to watch a movie or cook dinner.I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"This home leaves you speechless with its beautiful view of the lake. It is kid friendly and has lots of room for guest. The house is nicely furnished and newly renovated but still makes you feel at home! There were even snacks as a welcoming gift. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again. "

"Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication. "

"The house is on a beautiful property with rolling greens, and sometimes a horse appears in the way back. The house itself is incredibly spacious and clean. There was a well stocked coffee station, coupons to local winery/distillery, and the host was very kind. 10/10 would recommend. "

The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also.
