"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....

"We had a great weekend away for three generations. Everyone made the most of the the pool, hot tub and garden which are fantastic spaces for all the family. Sandra was really helpful and responsive."

"An old characterful house in a lovely location. Comfortable lounge with lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen downstairs. Upstairs..spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Worked well for our family of grandparents, parents and siblings and two small children to attend a family wedding nearby. Clear instructions were left. It was ideal for us."

"3 families (6 adults and rest teenagers / kids) get together for 4 nights Had supermarket deliver for first night and spent the rest of the week enjoying each others company ! The kids loved the games room, swimming pool , we set up badminton and was other garden games too - we spent evenings playing bored games, so much quality time and phones / tablets hardly touched !! Plenty of space to spread out too and spend time alone or with different groups of people ! We also had enough space...

"Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area."

"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

"Nice spacious apartment well located in Bury St Edmunds. Walkable to town. Shame there’s no parking for the place but owner left parking permit so this was very helpful. Place very clean and warm"

"Everything was perfect.. I can’t think of anyway this could be improved. Great location, apartments were immaculate and really lovely decorated. Everything really well thought of. Can’t wait to return sometime soon. The most important things were that it was great for our children and our dog!! We spent our first evening at a local pub then walked home with a takeaway, next day at the market and shopped around the village. Cooked some amazing steaks from the butchers. Then the following two days...

"Lovely property, everything that we needed. The house is huge, facilities great...I would definitely stay again. I would like to point out, bedroom two is separated from the room by a curtain, it wasn't a problem. I love the garden made me feel home from home, it a place to relax. Communication was excellent."

Another Great Stay!

"Have stayed here before - so that should be recommendation on its own! Food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced. We stayed in the Singh room - large comfortable bed, which was great. "This beautiful best western was such a relief to stay in. They were hospitable and courteous. The staff had just catered to an entire wedding through their weekend and notably regular business and were more than on it for the two of us. They had a very kind bartender who served us and us alone on the Sunday evening. And he was wonderful. Our food was well prepared and the room stay was both quiet and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely visit again."
