"To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. "The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you "

"We throughly enjoyed our visit. The condo was beautiful, with the exception of both the front and back door blinds desperately needing replacement. The pull out couch also had a big tear but did not change our opinion of the condo. The golf cart was a nice perk as were the bikes and many water toys. "Was a great place to stay!! Everyone was very nice and helpful!! The security was very nice and helpful also. We loved talking to the lady security!! Only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but the service man came and fixed it. We all loved it and the kids loved the pool!!"
