"We had a large group which could have posed an inconvenience to the staff. On the contrary, our concierge was beyond accommodating and friendly. The facilities weren’t super fancy but it’s Redding not the Riviera; the place was clean and just fine for what we needed."

"Staff was very friendly. Room was good and clean. The mattress was broken down but not completely uncomfortable. There was no hot water first thing in the morning. It did correct later. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Staff was very attentive when I let them know. Overall..not so bad."
