Good hotel for exploring Tokyo, straight on to the hatchobori tube. Polite staff. Room was fine for what we wanted it for. Had a fridge and hair dryer. Bathroom was a good size.

It was sn excellent stay, the room was clean and the service on site was nice. Only thing is that the service over the phone was not, I tried to call and akso the team from expedia but we always got a person who couldn't or didn't understand English, it was frustrating because we just wanted to let the hotel know that we've like to do a late check in and we never got a concrete answer, fortunately whenee arrive the personal was so nice that the incident was forgotten.
